Who you are contracting with
Content Peddler is operated by reverseBits Tech LLP ("we", "us"), a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at 520, Fortune Business Hub, NR. Satymev Elisiym, Shilaj, Shilaj Police Station, Daskroi, Ahmedabad, 380059, India. These terms are the agreement between you and that firm.
Payments are taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, issues your invoice, and handles tax. Your payment terms with Paddle are in addition to these terms.
Using the service
By creating an account, or by continuing to use Content Peddler, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.
You need an account, you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you are responsible for what happens under your credentials. One human per account; share a workspace, not a login.
Plans & credits
Runs are metered in credits. Plans grant a monthly credit balance:

Top-ups are sold at 7,200 credits per dollar with a $10 minimum and require an active subscription. Credits are held when a run starts and spent only when it produces a publishable result. Runs that fail or stall release the hold in full.
Upgrading grants the full credit difference between plans at the moment of upgrade.
Credits you do not use are not lost at the end of the month. At each renewal, whatever is left of that month's plan credits rolls over into your carried-over balance, on top of the new month's grant. Credits do not expire.
Starting a run requires an active subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Your remaining balance is kept, but it cannot be spent while you have no active subscription; subscribe again and it becomes spendable again. Payments, invoicing and tax are handled by Paddle as merchant of record.
Refunds
Our refund policy has a page of its own: read the refund policy. In short, you have 14 days to change your mind and we refund the unused part; credits already spent on a finished piece are not refundable; and a run that fails costs you nothing.
Content ownership
You own what you put in and what comes out. Topics, briefs, drafts and artifacts are yours, including for commercial use. We claim no licence over them beyond what is needed to operate the service for you, storing, processing and displaying them back to you.
We do not train models on your content. We may use aggregated, de-identified operational metrics (run counts, durations, error rates) to improve the product.
Output is generated by AI models and is not checked by a human before you see it. It can be wrong, out of date, or confidently invented, and it may resemble what others produce on the same topic. Nothing it produces is legal, financial, medical or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish, including its accuracy, any third-party rights in it, and its compliance with any rules that apply to your industry. Where the law requires you to disclose that content is AI-generated, that disclosure is yours to make.
What we own
You own what you make with Content Peddler. We own Content Peddler itself: the software, the pipeline behind it, the documentation, the site, and the Content Peddler name and branding, together with every intellectual property right in them. Using the service gives you a licence to use it while your subscription lasts, and nothing more.
Do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service, and do not use our name or branding as your own.
Acceptable use
Do not use Content Peddler to produce or distribute:
- Deliberate misinformation, or content presented as coming from someone it did not come from.
- Harassment of a person or group, or material that promotes violence against them.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trade marks.
- Anything illegal where you or your readers are.
Also do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, resell access to it, or route another product's traffic through your account. We suspend accounts for these and will tell you why.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close your account, with notice where we reasonably can, if:
- you break these terms in a way that matters, including the acceptable-use rules above;
- payment fails and stays unpaid;
- we see a credible security or fraud risk, to you, to us, or to anyone else;
- the same problem keeps happening after we have raised it with you.
Where the reason is not serious and can be fixed, we will tell you what it is and give you a chance to fix it before closing anything. You can close your account at any time from Billing. On closure you keep the artifacts you have already exported, and unspent credits are treated as described under Plans & credits.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability and do not promise perfection. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where we can.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost rankings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Website terms
This site is provided for information. Its text and images are ours; do not republish them as your own. Links to third parties are not endorsements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and it does not prevent you bringing a claim there.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. Every version is dated at the top of this page.
