Refunds

You have 14 days to change your mind. Ask within 14 days of a payment and we will refund the unused part of it. Credits already spent on runs that produced a finished piece are not refundable, because that compute is spent and cannot be recovered.

After 14 days, fees for the current period are not refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and your remaining credits are kept as described under Plans & credits.

When a run fails

When a run fails or stalls, the credits it was holding are released back to you automatically, so there is nothing to refund. If you stop a run yourself part way through, you are charged only for the work already done and the rest is returned to your balance.

How to request one

Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method. Request one at paddle.net, or email hello@contentpeddler.com and we will help. Where local law grants you a stronger right, that law wins.

This page is part of our terms of service. How credits are held, spent and carried over is described under Plans & credits.
